About Alisha Fabric Imports
Founded in 1991 by Mr. Shabudin Alidina, Alisha Fabric Imports Inc. started as a small side business selling Provincial Tartans from the basement of his home. What began as a modest venture soon grew into something much bigger.
From those humble beginnings, the business moved to a small warehouse on St-Laurent Blvd. in Montreal, Quebec, with a staff of just two. Today, over 30 years later, we operate from a 10,000 square foot warehouse filled with over 500,000 meters of fabric. Still proudly family-run with a team of devoted and exceptional staff, we have grown to become one of Canada’s trusted wholesale fabric suppliers.
Our Fabrics
Provincial Tartans remain one of our signature lines, but our collection has expanded to include a wide variety of quality fabrics: cotton quilting prints, printed wide quilt backings, printed and plain flannels, tartan fleece, plain fleece, broadcloths, printed and plain canvases, unbleached cottons, muslin, cheese cloth, waffle cloth, monk’s cloth, fat quarters, and much more.
